Love who you are.

It’s so easy to say this and so difficult to really do this.

Time and time again I see people get so distracted, become numbed, or even forced away from being who they really are.

We all have a deeper longing to be connected to our core nature, to our higher self. So much suffering happens when we desperately try to be whom we are not. Some try to pretend that they do not have this longing at all, others run away by keeping themselves super busy, some put on the mask of strength and stonewall themselves from everything that reminds them of their vulnerability (which is our biggest power, by the way). Some slip into victimhood, and blame others, some are stuck in a constant fight. So many distortions of the one light we are all looking for. So many masks to achieve the same result.

We think we have to be deserving to feel this connection and love, we feel we are not enough, we need to achieve something to qualify to be in touch with who we really are.

We spend lifetimes running in the same orbit.

I am here to tell you that you do not have to “deserve” or “achieve” this state of love, connectedness, and flow. You can just allow yourself to be and to remember who you really are. It’s always in you. More than that, it’s who you really are.

And as soon as you have a chance to glimpse upon your true nature, you can`t help but love it with all your heart.

It’s like coming home. Actually, you are always at home. It’s just that you have forgotten that you are. You were caught in a nightmare of being separated — but it’s just a dream.

After that, your life will never be the same. Everything and everybody will be the same and different at the same time. You will see the same light you hold in yourself in all the rest of the world.

You`ll know that all communications are either a loving request or a call for love.

It’s so simple yet so difficult.

Our minds and egos are addicted to complexity. We feel so significant when we are complex. But complexity usually lacks clarity and therefore lacks truth.

True things are simple and all of us have access to them.

Love who you are. You`ll heal yourself and others around who need you.

Marie.
